Warehouses
All orders placed on our platform are shipped from warehouse. However, deliveries are handled by our fulfillment partners, and products are usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
What is the delivery time period ?
Most orders within India are delivered within 3-7 working days. Delivery time may however sometimes vary depending upon the shipping address and difficulty of reach.
Do you apply any shipping charges ?
Asnora offers Free Shipping on all orders — COD on specific products.
In general the shipping costs are.
- Standard Shipping: ₹49-₹99
- Express Shipping: ₹149-₹199
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999
- Remote Area Charges: Additional ₹50-₹100 may apply
How do I track my order ?
A shipping confirmation email or an SMS on Whatsapp will be sent when your purchased product has been shipped with the tracking details, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering.
How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way ?
Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive an automatic confirmation WhatsApp message. Please note that the shipping confirmation message does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.
